Show Light Gun and Advanced A/V options hidden but applied with option categories

When core option categories are disabled, the options Show Light Gun Settings and Show Advanced Audio/Video Settings are displayed, and default to disabled. When core option categories are enabled, these two toggles are hidden and the associated options are displayed in categories. Unfortunately, they're still applied the instant any core option changes, causing the two categories in question to disappear as soon as the menu is toggled.

Steps to reproduce:

• Ensure core option categories are enabled and the following settings are missing or disabled in your core options file (default behavior):

  snes9x_show_advanced_av_settings = "disabled"
  snes9x_show_lightgun_settings = "disabled"

• Load any game
• Open the menu and change any core option.
• Close and reopen the menu
• Observe the missing categories

Workarounds:

• Close and reopen the game to get the categories to reappear temporarily
• Close the game, disable core option categories, launch the game, enable both sets of options, close the game, re-enable core option categories, and relaunch the game
• Change the settings mentioned above to enabled in the option file directly
