ZIP support broken #284

retroarch 1.10 lr-snes9x v1.61 compiled from source and binary

file /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/snes/SB.zip /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/snes/SB.zip: Zip archive data, at least v2.0 to extract

/opt/retropie/emulators/retroarch/bin/retroarch -L /opt/retropie/libretrocores/lr-snes9x/snes9x_libretro.so --config /opt/retropie/configs/snes/retroarch.cfg --appendconfig /dev/shm/retroarch.cfg SB.zip ... [INFO] [Content]: Inhalts-Datei wird geladen: "/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/snes/SB.zip". [ERROR] [Content]: Konnte Inhalts-Datei nicht lesen "/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/snes/SB.zip" ...

/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/snes/SB.bin from SB.zip has no problems to load

same as #170 https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Super-Nintendo-Entertainment-System/ says readble extensions are .7z .bin .bs .fig .mgd .sfc .smc .swc .zip but in a zip file only smc|sfc|swc|fig|bs|st will be read.
