Compatibility fixes. #36

Improved compatibility significantly. Some of the games I tested that show improvements are:

BS F-Zero Grand Prix 2 (no longer freezes after title screen).
BS Zelda (used to only show a black screen, now playable).
BS Kaizou Chounin Shubibin Man Zero (same as above).
Seiken Densetsu 3 (Character selection and ingame menu do not have transparent lines anymore).
VLDC9 (The game loads and plays correctly, except for a transition in the "WORST" level list where the game softlocks).

Added support for RetroAchievements, apparently working after testing with a few games.
