I'll try to go through every core I can to have an explicit license file rather than just "it's not hard to find" or "default license depends on country". Please let me know what you think of it.

There is already a license file in docs/...

I guess if it takes more wind out of the sails of license infringers like a certain Mr. Beckett, then all fine with me to merge this.
