Are keypad/kid's controller inputs supported? #30

Trying to make some old games that use the keypad/kid's controller work in retropie without luck because I do not see the options to map those inputs.

I was browing https://github.com/libretro/stella-libretro/blob/master/libretro.cxx, and now I wondering: is that even supported?

I think it's not supported, but it should be... This is an (I suppose) easy update...
