Fix some memory leaks #46

The Stella core leaks a bunch of memory if unloaded without exiting the process. This fixes the leaks.

Thanks for this contribution @endrift. Cool to see you use some of the other libretro cores.

I really wish the core weren't so ancient tbh, but I'm using it for something specific and the memory leaks were getting really annoying.
