RS90 support. #80

Support for RS90. See https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/pull/12592 for more details.

@jdgleaver I updated the gitlab file as well.

Compiled. Haven't tested yet.

One thing to note: for 'correctness', the .yml file should really have a newline at the end - but it still builds fine, so not to worry. If you could check this for other future PRs, though, it would be appreciated :)
