Cleanup #2

This just removes the build scripts and the prebuilt cores. These files seem unnecessary when the buildbot can compile the latest revision for various platforms like with the other cores.

@keithbowes There are still undefined references to semaphore functions and pthread on Linux, can you fix this please? I already took care of the Windows side.

I also don't think we should remove the README yet, this seems premature as it has some useful information.
