[Bug]PGXP is broken in Vulkan (Windows 11/AMD)

PGXP is broken in Vulkan but works with D3D11.

Games either hangs or are displaying in full green.

I'm on Win11+AMD 6800+Ryzen 5600x+Latest nightlies
