Savefiles aren't read from the savefile-directory. #2

Hello.

There's a problem occuring when running Retroarch with the --sufamiA and --sufamiB command. The savefiles are not being searched in the savefile-directory defined in the .retroarch.cfg but in the directorys of the roms loaded. Everytime using the tgbdual core you have to move the savefiles to the rom-directory and after you are finish back to the savefile-directory.

Could someone fix that, so that it is looking for the savefiles in the right directory?
