XVIC content path fixes #388

Whoops, all this time the special automatic cart handling for VIC-20 only worked on Windows.. my bad.

Because snprintf can use the same variable for input and output on Windows, and I hadn't realized back then yet that it refuses to do that on Linux.

Closes #387
