Automatic Zoom Mode #430

A new zoom option for those who use maximum and also don't want to miss out on the sometimes used VIC-II border data. It does not simply toggle zoom off, but calculates the exact lines that ought to be visible, and also centers a few edge cases

Any testing/reporting is welcome!

Also:

Removed a warp related hack which caused more problems than it solved
Corrected PAR toggle order

Awesome new feature! One thing I have noticed is the touchscreen virtual keyboard feels off with any amount of zoom. The more zoom the worse it gets. This is the first time i've used the touchscreen for the virtual keyboard so not sure when this began occurring. (Android 11).

Huh, first time hearing that in a long while. By off you mean that hitting a key hits some other key? I can only use a mouse to simulate it (which acts as a pointer), and I can't notice anything off with it.

Please create an issue about it.
