Virtual Jaguar has slowdown on low end hardware from 2.1.1 to 2.1.2 #24

Virtual Jaguar has slowdown on low end hardware (Intel Atom) from 2.1.1 to 2.1.2. This slowdown is present in the SDL Port as well. Can this be bisected to find out what cause this slowdown?

This is still an issue on low end hardware.

Even on high end hardware this emulator sucks.

Unfortunately there's no one working on this. This emulator has been abandoned for years.

There's a guy working on a Virtual Jaguar Rx version. Hopefully he'll make some progress on this. https://github.com/djipi/Virtual-Jaguar-Rx/releases

There's also the Phoenix emulator. Which is the only properly working jaguar emulator. But it's in Russian. https://www.emutopia.com/index.php/emulators/item/269-3do-interactive-multiplayer/1249-phoenix
