UWP support #41

Currently VitaQuake2 is able to run the DOS port if you Unzip the folder and scan a playlist however if you attempt to run the Vita Quake 2 port on UWP it will force crash RetroArch. Any attempt to fix this issue would be great.

Vita Quake 2 confirmed to work with Steam version. All expansions loading as well. Xatrix & Zaero experience long initial loading times however on series consoles. Tested on external HD with all vita quake 2 cores. Albeit its finicky as people have had varying successes with this core on series x & s even using the exact same file structure a bit of a finicky core I suppose on uwp or it could be due to slower hd speeds. Should probably stick quake 2 to faster drives or internal ssd
