Added core options for:

Aspect Ratio
Two sets of resolutions, one for 4:3 and the other one for Widescreen

Assuming core has no issues with aspect ratios different than 16:9 (since it never got tested with different aspect ratios, especially 2D elements), i would add resolutions directly to the resolution setting. There's no need to add another setting just for the aspect ratio.
