[SDL3] Minimised fullscreen apps on macOS take few seconds before appearing back #11505

Following the fix made to https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/issues/11494, apps still take time before appearing back:

Steps:

  1. Set app to fullscreen mode
  2. Lose focus by cmd-tab or otherwise
  3. Focus back
