autoconf: use ax_compute_relative_paths #432

SDL_image equivalent of https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/pull/5955, https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL_ttf/pull/238 and https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL_image/pull/295

This allows absolute paths for e.g. --libdir when using autotools' configure script.
