Order of sections not mentioned on SDL3/README/documentation-rules #534

The page doesn't mention the order of the sections in the wiki and the order of \doxygen-style sections.

For example, I'd like to add a ## Code Examples section, but I'm not sure where to add it. After return value, after remarks, etc.? Is the order of the sections something that wikiheaders will fix?
