Fixing a json tag for feeType
Updated makefiles (sorry for polluting this PR)

@jadwahab not sure why that json field is not there, maybe something I don't know? I added it, made sure all the tests passed - should be safe...?

Concluded the mAPI fees are not going to be the same as bt.Fee potentially in the future. Minercraft will parse the fees and convert them into bt.fee.
