Adjust on readmes #16

Created missing readme for each extension Tooltip to point to the readme (which may point to a blog post) Remove the create bucket feature (the endpoint was exposed)

links changed to autodesk domains don't work yet, should we first transfer it to autodesk-forge and then merge?

as soon as we transfer they get notifications, so let’s make sure it’s all links are pointing to the new location
