Suggestion on how to organize the steps:

  1. Enter your key & secret, link to dev portal apps page
  2. Authenticate
  3. Buckets: use existing OR create a new bucket
  4. Upload a file: show list of buckets, pre-select created on step 3
  5. Translate: when click on translate, first check if is translated and inform user, if not start the translation
  6. List buckets & objects, pre-select what was selected/created on 3 and what was selected/translated on 5

(suggest here if you prefer another route)
