Missing transform-7.32/transform.patch file #2

Hi John,

Is file:///home/john/develop/transform-7.32/transform.patch required? If so, are you able to add it to the repo?

(I'm currently creating a Dockerfile to make building the win64 libraries a bit easier and a lot more repeatable, e.g. on a CI environment.)
