Toolkit Definition Browser, error on clicking list item. Rare. (Win)

Just making a note of some possible error case I have encountered sometimes in the Toolkit Definition Browser. Where clicking on any of the listed functions in the Definition Browser list triggers a error.

Currently I have no clue about what might trigger it. (Could not reproducible it with a fresh Nip2 process.)

The general case seems to involve the following points.

• A secondary opened works-pace process, from a already existing work-space.
• Using the Toolkit Definition Browser on the second work-space. (error limited to child work-spaces.)
• (not sure at the moment) Having the Toolkit Definition Browser window open from both work-spaces.

Will add additional data/info when I find some. (might be a while though, rare and not a showstopper.)

(nip2-7.30.1c, Windows Xp) (not seen yet in nip2-7.30.1d)

There are some fixes to the def browser in 7.32, I'll hope they also fix this rare issue and close it.

If you see the problem in 7.32 as well, please re-open.
