v7.36.1, Windows(XP), crashes on jpg image use. #32

It seems that Nip2 v7.36.1 (Windows,XP) has acquired a problem with loading jpg images. -- v7.36.0 works ok, so its limited to the 7.36.1 version.

On: -- loading a workspace that contains a link to a jpg image, or -- just drag&droping a jpg image on a new/empty workspace, crashes Nip2.

Oh dear, hunting this down now. Most of these seem to be build issues.

Aha. Will put other Nip2 v7.36.1 only stuff, I might run into, on hold until next build.
