v7.34.0, Windows(XP), expanding collapsed columns, ws loading. #34

OS: Windows.XP Nips: v7.34.0 and up. (7.32.0 working ok on this part)

When loading a workspace file that contains a collapsed column. The column is not showing the cells it contains when its expanded. (it just show itself as a new/empty column.)

The cell data is still there, re-saving the workspace with the column in expanded mode will show all column cells again on re-loading. (seems the only workaround for this so far.)

I've spent some time looking into this and the fix isn't easy. I'll add a note to the TODO and punt it to the next version.
