What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run 'perl Makefile.PL'
2. run 'make'
3. run 'make test'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No errors during 'make test'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.66 under Perl 10.0.0 under cygwin under Win XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
