Bitrotted generated *.pm6 bindings in etc/LibXML #51

This is a loose end from the initial development which attempted code generation from etc/libxml2-api.xml, which was copied from xml source.

I never ended up using this directly, or adding it to META6, but did copy and change definitions into the LibXML::Raw tree, so it was handy.

These files are currently included in the CPAN distribution. Still, possibly useful, but they don't belong there and probably should be moved to there own experimental module.
