spec file update #66

Hello Joachim, I have tried to update the specfile acording the current fedora packaging guidelines Thanks for the lybyal/plaso Michal Ambroz

@xambroz thanks for the proposed changes. Note that this project does not aim to align with Fedora (or other distribution) packaging guidelines. The main reason for this is that distributions have slightly different variations and it would be a huge time sink to keep aligned with them all.

also note that this file is generated by the yaltools, so'll port what I can incorporate into the base template.

Changes made to the templates, and will propagate here at some point. Closing PR but please provide input on the open questions.
