Are you sure that the autocompletes/aliases stored in the OST file? To my knowledge this was stored in a separate NK2 file in the past. Or do you mean something else?
Yes, this changed with Outlook 2010:
“Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 and earlier versions store the AutoComplete list in an nickname (.nk2) file on the disk. Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013, and Outlook 2016 store the AutoComplete list as a hidden message in your primary message store.”

Is there a function that specifically targets the hidden autocomplete cache in an OST file? Otherwise, are there suggestions on how to reference the specific "message" that contains this data?
