No initial indication of UPS status #2

On starting the plasmoid (e.g., when logging in), the plasmoid icon will remain 
in the gray "no-status" colour until a status change is detected--for example, 
the UPS going from normal to warning or critical.

It is expected that the icon should show whichever is the current status, and 
display no-status only if there is a communications error or another valid 
reason.
