What version to use? #131

I am confused about the naming of the versions of the jcardsim. Do they correspond with the version of the Java Card API?

jcardsim-2.2.1-all.jar -> Java Card v2.2.1 jcardsim-2.2.2-all.jar Java Card v2.2.2 jcardsim-3.0.4-SNAPSHOT.jar Java Card v3.0.4/5?

If not, using the latest jcardsim (3.0.5), how can i set it to simulate Java Card v2.2.2 instead of 3?
