Added two test cases to test reset with/without applet directory
Added exception printStackTrace in BixVReaderCard IOThread
Fixed test failed in PersistentRuntimeTest.testSpaceAppletDir() and PersistentRuntimeTest.testConsecutiveSpaceAppletDir() if jcardsim is built on Windows machine
