adding sha256 + tests for sha256

Support of SHA-256/384/512 is a part of Java Card API 2.2.2 specification. For working with JC 2.2.2 it would be right to use a separate branch. It was created with a name jc2.2.2, your pull request was moved to the branch. Thank you.
