Implementation guidelines for spreading lice ? #28

It might be too early to say, but anyway. I was thinking of creating a new repository and push there a markdown document summarizing guidelines for implementing Lice in other languages. It could serve for implementation purposes, giving rules and pointers to developers willing to port Lice in their favorite language. And also, to users. As being language-agnostic, this document will undoubtedly help them understand how lice works.

That sounds like a great idea. Would you be okay having this be on a wiki of the lice repo? I'm also in the process of setting up licenses.github.io (even getting a logo from an actual designer!) That would be a good place to host the document once I get the site up.
