Ah! I see you handled the change in directory structure in packaging loading stuff. Excellent. I'll be home to test this and merge later this evening. Thanks!

My attempted corrections to tests.py didn't work. You'll have to fix them after merging.

Okay, I'll also have to update the Travis tests to make it build correctly. Since this is a breaking change, could you update the PR to point at the feature/license-templates branch? I'll merge into that.
