Fix newlines #55

Remove newline at the beginning of the file and one newline at the end of the template. Trying to partially fix #54 with a reasonable template output.

The author seems not maintaing this project. Is it possible for someone to create a new one based on it?..

@alex179ohm @thautwarm as it seems this project is not getting updated, I have forked and released lice2. It fixes this issue and a couple others while adding new features like a configuration file and a lot of internal updates. I plan to keep maintaining it for the forseeable future and have a few ideas for new features.
