Should License Zero only license individuals? #10

Currently, License Zero will gladly issue private licenses, and waivers, for both legal entities and individuals. It might instead limit private licenses to individuals, and allow those individuals to sublicense particular entities---employers, clients, and so on---under its terms.

That approach would be in keeping with the social trend of open source platforms like GitHub and npm, which give each developer an identifier, and identity, independent of their work affiliation.

It would also make the private license somewhat harder to write. It would face line-drawing problems on which kinds of entities licensees can sublicense, and what the terms of those sublicenses can be. Overall, however, I think that's a surmountable challenge.

An interesting side effect of this approach might be devs buying licenses with personal cards, then expensing the cost to their employer or client.

Private licenses to developments might require attribution by sublicensed companies to ensure project developers can tell whether use is licensed.
