Could you privide your res101_coco_minus_refer_notime_dets.json file? #9

The detection here could be any object detection framework. As in the other issue, I can't tell too much about the cuda error (check the pytorch version, gpu version, and go through Mask Faster-RCNN's test). If still no luck, you could try some other detector for boxes, then use this repo for referring expression comprehension.
