Add chapter to study feature request #278

Hi, I am creating an application which allows me to import my chess.com games into lichess, as I love the free analysis on Lichess, but, although I am able to import the game programatically, I cannot add the game to a study I have made in Lichess, and it would be greatly appreciated if an API endpoint to add to studies is created.
