Liches App Smoothness and Faster Experience #1277

Hello everyone, I've been using the version 6.3.0 because it is really fast on my android device. I am not really sure why, but when I updated the app in its later version 7.2.0, it runs very slow and kept on loading. Sometimes, I also encounter high lag and slow internet compared to 6.3.0. So now, my suggestion i think can help everyone to resolve this issue. Please check the version 6.3.0, it is really fast, smooth and friendly version of lichess.. I'm not expert in programming nor technical issues but I can say, if you used something like in version 6.3.0 for the graphical user interface, i think, that was the best and must also use in the latest versions. I don't know if you change something in 7.2.0, but in my own observation, the version 6.3.0 works perfectly on my device. Hope you have time reading this and taking action. Cheers to you! I have also one request or suggestion on lichess mobile app. There should only be one bar for tournaments, like for example in lichess app, there is one icon which named "Tournaments" and when you click it, there will be a 2 tabs named "Arena" ans "Swiss" and all labeled and separated to each other. Under each tournament, when you click the Arena nor Swiss, I think, it's good when there will be a "Join Tournament" in which, you are allowed to paste the tournament link and will be able to join. For example, If I open the "Swiss" Tournament, There should be a intended area where I can paste the link i want to join and eventually open after clicking button "Open" or may be "Join". Please think of this, because not every tournaments can be find in the app, and this may help everyone who always use the tournaments in lichess.😍

Is 6.3.0 the last version that had good app experience for you? What about 7.0.0?

Same experience.. 6.3.0 is better

If you want this ticket to be helpful you should be more precise in your description. Just saying it is not smooth is not enough. What is lagging:

  1. network?
  2. animations?
  3. ... ?

Actually, my network is good in both versions of the app, the 6.3.0 and 7.2.0 but I am referring to the graphical user interface and it seems that it works slow for me. I think, it is something in the GUI that differs each other, it is on my observation. And when I use the version 6.3.0, the application is fast, no lags (internet and animations are far better than 7.2.0, i hope you got my point. Thank you!

Actually, I am referring to how fast the page being loaded. For example, when playing a game, when the game is about to start, I am in a late arrival because it takes too much time to load a particular page, i notice it because the green circle of my opponents has already it, but I only take 3 seconds to be appeared or arrived at the game.
