- I would be able to see and play possible continuations in "learn from mistakes" without going out from it.
You can, but only once you have completed the puzzle, either by finding a good move, or by clicking "view the solution".
The problem is that "Toggle local evaluation" is still greyed, even when the puzzle is completed. The browser version doesn't have this limitation. This is really a killer feature we are missing here. You can't "learn from mistakes" without this, because you often stumble on a good move without understanding why it's good, and what you played was bad. And, when shown the solution, you often don't understand why. Only by exploring by hand with Stockfish analysis (ideally multi Pv) can you really understand what's going on in the position.
PS: Using PlayStore version here, didn't run from latest source code.
Thanks for answering me Lucas, that's exactly the problem i noticed up! It's such a pity that Lichess doesn't put this feature we are talking about, it'll be so useful for players who analyze from mobile devices.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I mean that when play by mobile app and open analysis board to "learn from mistakes" the application doesn't allow me to see and play other lines so understand why that move is fine and why not, i can just know if it's the right one, without studying possible positions if not going out from "learn by mistakes".
I would report also another feature request: when you're in "learn from mistakes" i'd like be able to switch from one mistake to another without starting the series of mistakes.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would be able to see and play possible continuations in "learn from mistakes" without going out from it.
For second request i would see a button near close button with indicators to go forward or back in errors.
Describe alternatives you've considered Additional context
First screenshot represent Computer version; Second one represent mobile one that i would modify. Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
