Add a new video section: Series! #1024

I think it would be very appealing to have a video section in which we could have the chance to upload youtube playlists and just call them something like "IM Christof Sielecki lessons on calculation" and add playlists from very well recognized youtubers. Also, I think it would be better to have it on a different section and also keep the current Video Library. Is it even possible to do so? And to have the playlists sync with youtube? If it is, I think it would be much more attractive to the userbase, which will gladly recognize their favorite youtubers making a very well organized series collection.

Chess24's video section is generally considered as the most instructive one and it is very similar to this. Even there those 2 systems actually coexist, one being called "Shows" and the other one being called "Video series". http://puu.sh/kmlDm/f00d4448fe.png

It could actually also be a chance to start supporting multiple languages, for example a user could submit a channel to review, and if he is approved we could upload his playlists.

I believe this should be considered a very powerful learning tool, and we should stick with learning material, like opening repertoires, lessons on tactics, lectures from the GMs at St. Louis which are all published on youtube, completely avoiding the blitz games videos.

Support! I believe this will, like we discussed previously, improve the UI for watching series e.g. related to the same topics or people.
