Claim draw from conditional premove sequence #1056

This game is a theoretical draw since 16. O-O, so I (conditional-)premoved my way to a draw. Unfortunately, the threefold part cannot be claimed from establishing a conditional premove sequence, and by creating a long repetition, visiting the game afterwards may not really still leave the option available.

The request is that a 1/2-1/2 move can be played instead in a conditional premove response when 3fold is reached by claiming one, e.g. 19. Kh1 Rg1+ 20. Kh2 Rg2+ 21. Kh1 Rg1+ 22. Kh2 Rg2+ 23. Kh1 Rg1+ 24. Kh2 1/2-1/2

Claiming threefold repetition generally requires pointing out the move which causes the repetition, though I don't know whether lichess needs to be pedantic about such things.

Extra UI for this case doesn't seem to be worth it.
