Various RTL tweaks - UPDATED 21/9

I don’t want to create a flood of RTL issues so I’ve created a list of minor RTL tweaks, in no particular order.

1. tournament chess quotes should stay LTR, as the punctuation becomes jumbled.

2. The user activity log looks weird and jumbled in RTL languages ✅ FIXED, thank you:)

For example: the first entry should’ve been

פתר/ה 10 פאזלים טקטיים 4 ניצחונות 6 הפסדים 2013 ↘️ 16

3. The “blog topics” page should be reworked in RTL languages.

The topic itself should come immediately after the string. For example:

צפו בכל הפוסטים על Chess Followed by the number and the little arrow. The string in its entirety should be aligned to the right.

4. The provisional rating question mark should change according to the selected language. See #11528

5. In the puzzle themes page, the word order is jumbled if the theme string contains a number.

This list is not exhaustive and I’ll update it whenever I encounter a new tweak. I’d like to thank you again for making the Lichess UI neat and accessible to all RTL across the globe, myself included. No other chess platform does this as professionally and seamlessly.
