Error in notification for rating refund after a draw

If someone draws against a cheater and loses rating points because of it, the rating refund message will read "You lost to someone who violated the Lichess TOS" even though the game ended in a draw (as seen in this Eric Rosen video).

I propose changing the message slightly to "You lost rating points to someone who violated the Lichess TOS".

I was just about post this.

It should be a simple fix for the english version, though the other languages will also need updated in a similar way.
