Enhancement: import games by chessgames URL under import game tab #12651

Right now https://lichess.org/paste "import game" tab supports PGN if it can also support chessgames URL and automatically import the master games from there. I know the study has this feature, but the user is trying to import game from external source and the "import game" tab makes more sense to new user than doing it in study.

The chessgames URL import in studies doesn't actually work anymore since they seem to have blocked access from large hosting providers including Lichess servers and haven't responded to any attempts to contact them. See #11616.

Honestly, it also really doesn't seem like a lot of people are using that feature though and I'm not really sure it makes sense to import games like that anyways. A study is the right tool for that.
