Support Rich Presence on Discord #12868

It would be amazing to support Rich Presence in Discord. For example, one could add their handle (username#0000) somewhere in their profile settings, then whenever they are in a game, display a picture/link to the game under their profile (ex. using web-boardimage - or maybe there's some better way Lichess uses internally?).

Integration with the Discord API seems easy enough, but I have no idea what the other implications might be (ex. whether that's too resource intensive for ~30k concurrent games). Maybe it's impossible or a bad idea or impossible for reasons I'm not aware of. If not, I'd be open to starting a fork if others want to point me in a direction!
