Lichess API: Allow BOT accounts to send team messages #13070

I'm using my own account's API token to send team messages but would like to use my BOT, which I already added as team leader to send messages. I'm sending messages every 2 weeks at midnight so the BOT account makes more sense. I'm not sure why this is disallowed. Also would use my token to create tournaments, I rather have my BOT do all automation than use my personal token for it.

Bots are for playing games with the bot API.

Letting them do anything else results in people using them for multiaccounting and bypassing limits.
