Exact URL of where the bug happened
In both https://lichess.org/player/bots and the /api/bot/online endpoint, a closed BOT account is included. It still shows as being online even after being closed for a significant amount of time.

Look for Alemor64
What did you expect to happen?
Closed accounts should not be included in the list of online BOTs.
What happened instead?
A closed account is included.
