Figuring out why a move was bad is a very tough problem to solve. One can see the problems that arise with such a feature in the chess.com game review. Often it is inaccurate and not seldom plain wrong. For your chess improvement, I can only suggest playing around with the engine in the move you made a mistake and try to understand yourself why this move is disliked by the engine.
As the average chess player who would like to get better at the game, I always review my games and like to use Lichess's amazing free computer analysis for this whenever I conclude a game. However being average also means that on some mistakes or blunders I made I'm not able to tell what the exact issue in the move was that gave my opponent an advantage.
The message you get upon reviewing a mistake is not helpful, something simple like "this looses a piece in the process" would greatly boost the learning experience.
